1. Is this Site Secure?
Yes it is, all our transactions take place on a secure (128 bit SSL) connection. We do not store any of your credit card details.
2. How much is Delivery?
We charge £3.95 Delivery to UK mainland. Saturday delivery is available however there is an additional charge. Please contact us for further details.
3. Can you ship to another country?
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service at the current time.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques (made payable to Surf 55), postal orders and most credit/debit cards, we can also accept Paypal. Please note if you pay by cheque we will wait for the cheque to clear before we dispatch the goods.
6. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3 working days. If we are out of stock at the time we will contact you with a delivery date.
7. What happens if you are out of stock of what I order?
We do our best to keep everything in stock, however if we are out of stock of the item you order we will contact you and let you know when you should expect your goods.
8. What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund or exchange policy if you are not entirely happy with your goods.
9. Are your products covered by warranty?
All of your products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects only.
10. What happens if I get the wrong size or product?
No problem just let us know and return the product to us and we will exchange it for the correct product.!
